Music is a great addition to your workout or gym routine. It is more or less common knowledge that it helps with focus and motivation (if you want to read more about it, Huffington Post has given a pretty good synopsis here). In my opinion, it is what helps make my time at the gym more reflective and personal. But assuming you’re not new to the concept of listening to music while working out, you may find that you are constantly listening to the same tracks, which has sort of a numbing effect overtime. To help with this, I have listed a selection of tracks I’ve been loving recently. Hopefully they’ll help keep your workout fuelled too!
